Mr. Rodney earned his undergraduate degree in Secondary Social Studies Education at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University and his Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Sandra Judge-Harden, Associate Principal

Mrs. Judge-Harden joined Chesterfield County Public Schools in May of 2005, as a substitute teacher at Providence Middle School. As a career switcher, in August of 2005, she started as a special education teacher under a 3 year provisional teaching license. In August of 2008, she received her 5 year teaching license. As of May 2015, Mrs. Judge-Harden earned a M. Ed. in Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Richmond. She is the 2017 Teacher of the Year for Providence Middle School.

Dr. LeKiesha White, Assistant Principal

LeKiesha (Kiesha) White received her Bachelor of Science at Saint Augustine’s University, her Masters in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Richmond and earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. White has served the Providence Middle School Community in both the Dean of Students position and as Assistant Principal. Before joining the Ram Family Dr. White taught Biology, AP Environmental Science, and AP Biology for five years at Meadowbrook High School and served as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Clover Hill High School.

Sharon Hundley, Dean of Students

Sharon Hundley earned her Bachelor’s degree in special education and elementary education and master’s in special education from Grand Canyon University. She earned her Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Virginia Tech and is currently a doctoral candidate in Virginia Tech’s Educational Leadership program. Prior to serving as Dean, Sharon taught Special Education for 5 years in the collaborative math classroom and then switched to general education where she taught 6th and 7th grade math for 2 years.
